1.  Summary of Services offered by the business

The PureMed Laser Clinic is trading as “Pure Med Laser Clinic”, ABN 112 991 569 85 (thereafter “the clinic”). The clinic offers the following services:

• Laser Hair Removal
• Laser Skin Rejuvenation
• Laser Vascular Therapy
• Sale of specialist dermocosmetic products

2.  Individual Client Sessions

Clients of the clinic understand and accept that any treatment received at the clinic is of a remedial therapeutic nature and not of a diagnostic, curative or medical nature.  If they suspect or know that they are suffering from any physical or psychological ailment or conditions, then they will seek appropriate medical or psychological treatment prior to having any session with the clinic and they will also disclose that information to the therapist prior to commencing any procedures at the clinic.  Clients also understand and accept that communicated or assumed results of all treatments provided by the clinic are not guaranteed in any way.

In addition, all notes and data taken for the purpose of or during treatments remain the property of the clinic. A copy of a client’s personal records can be made available within a week of their written request.  Clients also understand that no personal recording is permitted during the session and that the clinic holds the copyright to any material that is made available before, during or after the session.  All rights are reserved.

Clients also understand and agree that with their verbal permission the clinic may use for promotional purposes and publish the “before” and “after” images of treated areas taken during treatment procedures.

In the interest of security, the clinic reserves the right to deny any individuals access to any session, whether whole or any part, without prior notification or explanation.  Where necessary, possible and feasible, the clinic will endeavor to refer the client on to another provider or professional.

3.  Payment and Cancellation Terms

All rates quoted on or obtainable through this website are in Australian Dollars, inclusive of GST.  Payment must be made at the time of service and can be made by either by cash or selected credit/debit cards (cheques are not accepted).  In the event of appointment cancellation, 24 hours notice is required otherwise a 50% cancellation fee will apply.  Non-payment of fees after the treatment may result in legal action being taken. All services and products provided by the clinic are not refundable.

4. Confidentiality

The clinic agrees to treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose any client details to a third party without written agreement from the Client, or unless required by authorities in relation to the matter of law.

5.  Special Offers, marketing campaigns and pricing

5.1 Special offers and Marketing campaigns

The clinic may run special offers and marketing campaigns. During these times special conditions and prices may apply, which will supersede standard pricing advertised by the clinic. The clinic has the full right to stop, amend and alter any conditions, pricing and timeframes of any of current marketing campaigns without prior notice.

5.2 Discounts

The clinic offers discounts for

– Bundled treatments (defined as multiple treatments completed on the same day and during the same visit to the clinic and paid in a single transaction) and

– Multi-sessions (defined as subsequent sessions of exactly the same body or facial area completed on different days).

Please refer to the website for the most recent update on the structure of all discounts applicable to these scenarios. The clinic will endeavor to maintain adherence to the discount conditions advertised, however they can be changed without prior notice and may not apply to new customers or new body and facial areas of treatment. We will respect prior discount conditions for existing customers who have already commenced a series of treatments of a particular body or facial area specifically and knowingly based on those discount conditions, or customers who arrived at the clinic with a specific verbal request for a bundled service, based on the information available prior to their visit to the clinic.

5.3 General pricing conditions

All prices at the clinic are valid during the time period defined specifically within each of the price-guides. The pricing is defined only by and within the price-guides published on this website. Conditions of discounts and terms of special offers are defined by the information published on this website only, superseding any other materials, including any electronic and printed mentioning.

6. Information on this website

The website endeavors to explain best the details of each of the services offered by the clinic, physiology application, presumed personal experience, post treatment experience, effectiveness and results of each treatment, possible personal limitations and more. This, however, should not be seen as an explicit and comprehensive source of information. Any individual purchasing and / or consuming products or services though the clinic based on the information published on this website understands limitations of this information and thus acknowledges they purchase and / or consume products or services entirely at their own discretion, with full awareness of conditions and limitations related.
